“Thanks is a 6 letter word, one syllable, yet holds so much value. I say this because thanks just doesn’t feel ‘enough.’ Not only did I benefit from the House and its very “homey” feeling, but you guys also became our family. From eating dinner with me, having casual and deep conversations, some of you changing/folding my laundry to playing games with my kids and giving them the biggest hugs every time they arrived, you loved us so well. Each of you was called to be in this job where your service to people when they’re in need is magnified because of your love for others. Our family will greatly miss each of you and I thank God for each of you. It was a true blessing to get to know you. Saying this, y’all will forever hold a place in our hearts and this is definitely not goodbye forever. We look forward to visiting and serving the House, bringing Flynn to see you all and learn about the story his early arrival helped create!”
